We accept payment through Paypal, all major credit cards, money order or personal check. Please note that all checks must clear before the item will be made and shipped. If you are paying by Check or Money Order, please send your payment to:

Time Frame     (top of page)
The current wait time for your order is  5 business days plus shipping. We update the time frame every week to maintain accuracy. In stock items ship within 24 hours. 

Please remember that once a your items ship, we are no longer able to control the timing of it. That is entirely dependent on the delivery service being used. If you live in a location that has problematic mail service, we highly recommend emailing us at orders@totesfortots.com first to discuss insuring your package before shipment.

UPS is now our carrier of choice for domestic shipping. Although it is more expensive, we will also ship USPS. We will only ship USPS for all international packages to prevent our customers from incurring large brokerage house fees charged by UPS, and Fed Ex etc. Express shipping is available if needed at an additional cost. Parcels are shipped without insurance, unless specified. If you want insurance, it is at your expense.
If you live outside of the United States, you may incur customs fees, please check with your local customs office for details. We are not able to mark items as gifts in order to avoid customs charges.
TotesForTots has no control over the parcel once it ships. If the USPS indicates that a delivery was made and your package is missing, you must file a claim with your local post office.

Shipping fees are calculated in the checkout based on your zip code. We do not charge a handling fee nor do we mark up any shipping cost.


Order Changes     (top of page)

We allow cancellations on custom orders within 24 hours of placing your order.  In stock items ship within 24 hours. In stock items are not eligible for the 24 hour cancellation policy as they are shipped as quickly as possible due to the customers immediate need for the product. If you do need to cancel an in stock order, please contact us as soon as possible after your order and we will do out best to accommodate the request, as long as it is within 24 hours, and your order has not yet shipped.

Please ensure that you order exactly what you would like as there will be no exceptions to this policy. If you have fabric matching questions or concerns, please email us so we may assist you at customerservice@totesfortots.com. If you do discover a problem with your order in your confirmation email, please email us immediately to ensure we can correct the problem. We will not be responsible for errors that result from you not verifying the information on your confirmation email. These are automated replies sent out to offer the opportunity to verify everything is correct.

Return Policy      (top of page)

As long as it is within 14 days of the shipping date and items are in new condition, unwashed, all items may be returned. You will be refunded the purchase price minus a $5 restocking fee per item and the shipping fee . You must email us at returns@totesfortots.com before you send any item back for authorization and our return address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back at the cost of the purchaser.

 What is the weight limit of the carriers?       (top of page)
You can wear your child from newborn to 40 lbs, or as long as you can comfortably carry them.

 Will the same baby carrier fit me and my spouse?     (top of page)
The Mei Tai style carrier can fit up to a women's size 22/24 or a men's XXL. We also offer XL straps for those that prefer or need longer straps. The actual body size of the carrier is not relevant to the size of the individual wearing it.

Can I put my newborn in the Mei Tai carrier?      (top of page)
Yes, you can wear a newborn in a Mei Tai. Some babies in fact prefer the Mei Tai over a sling or pouch. You are also able to breastfeed discreetly in a Mei Tai as well!

 How do I wash my Totes For Tots products?       (top of page)
You can wash any of our products in cold water with just a little detergent (try putting it in a large lingerie bag or pillowcase to avoid it getting wrapped around the agitator or the straps all twisted) and then line dry. You CAN machine dry but your colors will stay brighter and more vibrant if you line dry.

 Do you offer additional options like pockets or toy loops on the carriers?        (top of page)
Yes we do! Unlike other companies we add a toy loop at no additional charge. Pockets are only $5. We also offer XL (extra long) straps at no additional fee but we ask you please specify at the time of ordering. The standard waist strap is 72" and the XL waist strap is 80".

The pocket is the full size of the panel. You can't even tell it has a pocket! The website has a number of pictures of pocket carriers, but they look so much like a non pocket carrier that it is hard to tell!You should be able to fit 4 diapers,  keys, a cell phone, a compact and an iod in a pocket! On a reversible carrier, you can choose to have one or two pockets.


Can I send you my own fabric to make my items?              (top of page)
Yes, we sew custom products all the time! Contact our customer service staff at customerservice@totesfortots.com and they will be happy to send you a form which includes our address and information for you to fill out about your order and the fabric you are sending.
Depending on the fabric, there will be an additional charge. You will receive an email prior to us obtaining the fabric or manufacturing the items you've ordered.

Yes! Not sure just exactly what you want to get the parent-to-be? Don't worry. You can get them an E-gift card!
